How it works

What’s next?

2. Agree the best way to deal with it

We’ll talk through the problem and decide whether it makes sense to fix it remotely or arrange a visit. I’ll also give you an indication of likely time and cost before any work starts.

3. Get it fixed

I’ll get to work, keep you posted, and let you know as soon as it’s sorted.

For small businesses

Small problem that’s wasting a lot of time?

A lot of small business software problems aren’t big enough to justify hiring someone for, but still eat away at your week. If you’re doing the same thing on a computer again and again, there’s often a quicker, simpler or automatic way.

  • Moving and renaming files
  • Converting data between formats
  • Generating reports
  • Tidying up customer lists
